From One Woman to Another — A Founder’s Story
There are experiences only women understand — and some we wish we never had to face.
For me, everything started with a quiet discomfort that quickly turned into a relentless cycle of pain, itching, and inflammation. I had no idea what Candida was until I was suddenly trapped in a spiral: a burning, itchy infection that led to cystitis, which led to antibiotics, which led to more imbalance… and around and around it went.
I tried everything. Every round of antibiotics left my body more vulnerable — stripping away the good bacteria, throwing off my pH balance, and making my Y-zone a battleground. I started carrying prescriptions with me while traveling just in case, because I never knew when the cycle would begin again.
Anyone who’s been through this knows: once you're caught in it, it's hard to break free.
But here’s what finally changed things for me — understanding the root cause.
